Rail Trainer – North

ISS Labour is one of the leading training providers to the rail industry, providing high quality, fully accredited training to our Customers and to our own staff. ISS Labour is committed to delivering the highest possible standards of safety and quality of service and we believe that training is vital to our ability to keep that promise.

Due to Company expansion we are seeking a Rail Trainer to provide training courses and assessments to our Customers and offices in the North of the U.K.

Ideally you will already be working in a similar role or looking to progress into a full time Trainer position and have experience of providing high quality training courses with a strong Rail background.

To be successful in securing this role you should be qualified to carry out assessments and deliver training courses in some or all of the following rail competencies:

Controller of Site Safety, PTS AC and DC, Engineering Supervisor, Lookout and IWA

We are looking for someone who is flexible as there will be times when you need to travel to our different sites across the UK. The successful candidate will be committed to delivering a high level of quality training at all times and be motivated in their own personal development. This position will be based at our Manchester Training School but travel to other locations will be a significant part of the role.

In return you can expect a competitive salary, a Company car, laptop and phone. You can also expect a supportive and dynamic working environment at one of the fastest growing providers of Rail Training, OLE, P-way Labour and Fencing & Lighting to the UK Rail network.
