ISS Labour have recently been busy supporting the Acton Grange Blockade over the last 16 days for our client S&C Northern Alliance. Throughout the 16 day blockade, ISS Labour have assisted the Alliance in installing 48 switch panels, 1133 yards plain line, new OLE and S&T equipment.
Our Track division have been supplying over 90+ safety critical staff every day including supervisors, engineers, crane controllers, COSS’s and track workers. Our OLE division provided OLEC supervisors, OLEC3 linesmen, construction managers and CRE’s. Our S&T division supplied Supervisors, CRE’s, points fitters, SMTH and installers.
The additional challenge of working through extremely challenging weather conditions did not affect the focus on safe delivery – which was evident throughout and positively demonstrated the professionalism, competence and reliability of ISS Labour Operatives.
ISS Labour are proud to have supported the Crewe depot on all Core works and blockades throughout CP5 and to be part of the final successful deployment for the S&C Northern Alliance before the team transition to Balfour Beatty for CP6.
