Thursday the 1st of february is ‘Time to Talk Day’ – a day when everyone is encouraged to have a conversation about mental health.
At ISS Labour, we know that it benefits us all to talk about mental health. ‘Time to Talk Day’ is run by Time to Change to help spread the word that anywhere can be the right place to talk about mental health – including at work.
Every day this week we will be sending out information regarding mental health including guidance and ways in which you can help yourself or colleagues that may be suffering with their mental health.
Time to Change is England’s biggest programme to challenge mental health stigma and discrimination and is run by the charities Mind and Rethink Mental Illness. More information & resources can be found on this website within the knowledge centre.
