One of our colleagues Kevin Cooper is currently in training to run the ASICS Marathon in April 2017 in order to raise money and awareness for Ward 84 of the Royal Manchester Children’s Hospital who treat and care for children with blood and cancerous diseases.
Kevin recently attended a charity event and after hearing about the amazing work that Ward 84 undertake not only for the children but also for their families, he felt inspired to do something to contribute to their fund raising efforts. Kevin who will admit to not being a natural athlete is really challenging himself during his marathon training and is now on his second pair of trainers!
We are proud to support Kevin in his efforts to raise money for this wonderful and often life changing cause and in this respect have shared his Just Giving Link: https://www.justgiving.com/crowdfunding/kevinrunsmarathon
Good luck Kevin, a great effort for a great cause.
