The ISS Labour Training Division was created to enable ISS Labour to provide fully-accredited training in a wide range of essential disciplines – for our customers and for our own staff.
ISS Labour is committed to delivering the highest possible standards of safety and quality of service to our customers, and training is a vital ingredient in our ability to keep that promise. We therefore accept nothing but the best training for our own people. In turn this means that our many blue chip customers experience the same high standards.
Whether the training takes place at our state-of-the-art, purpose built indoor training centre in Salford, at a customer’s premises or on site, it is delivered by some of the industry’s most highly experienced and qualified trainers.
We have a particular focus on playing an active role in training and mentoring the next generation of OLE linesmen to support the industry’s increasing need for these skills.
